RPSOUND App Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

This privacy policy describes how RPSOUND apps handle user data.

Our general approach is simple: our apps are designed to avoid collecting personal data whenever possible. Many RPSOUND apps process user content locally on the device and do not require an account, advertising profile, or external service.

Apps Covered by This Policy

This policy applies to apps published by RPSOUND, including Wallace Voice and future RPSOUND apps unless a specific app has its own separate privacy policy.

Wallace Voice

Wallace Voice does not collect personal data.

Wallace Voice does not require an account, does not use third-party advertising, does not track users across apps or websites, and does not sell user data.

Wallace Voice uses the microphone only when the user chooses to record audio inside the app. Voice recordings and saved sounds are stored locally on the device for playback inside Wallace Voice.

Wallace Voice does not upload recordings to a server operated by us.

If you delete recordings inside the app, they are removed from the app’s local recording library.

Local Device Data

Some RPSOUND apps may save app settings, preferences, projects, sounds, recordings, or other user-created content locally on the user’s device. Local device storage is used so the app can function properly and remember the user’s work.

Unless an app-specific section says otherwise, this local data is not uploaded to servers operated by us.

Microphone, Audio, Photos, and Media Access

Some RPSOUND apps may request access to device features such as the microphone, audio files, photos, or media libraries.

These permissions are used only for the feature the user chooses to use inside the app. For example, an audio app may use the microphone to record sound, or a media app may allow the user to import a file.

Unless an app-specific section says otherwise, RPSOUND apps do not upload this media to servers operated by us.

Accounts

Unless an app-specific section says otherwise, RPSOUND apps do not require users to create an account.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

Unless an app-specific section says otherwise, RPSOUND apps do not use third-party advertising, do not track users across apps or websites, and do not sell user data.

Platform Services

Apps distributed through the Apple App Store may be subject to Apple’s own privacy practices, including App Store downloads, purchases, crash reporting, diagnostics, and app analytics. Those services are provided by Apple and are governed by Apple’s privacy policies.

Future Apps

Future RPSOUND apps may have different features. If a future app collects, uploads, stores, analyzes, shares, or otherwise uses personal data, this policy will be updated with an app-specific section before that app is released.
